I very much appreciate your swift response, just sorry I didn't figure out it was a RAW iso myself (so used to downloading an iso and burning it straight to CD, DVD or USB-stick!) didn't even consider it might be a different format. I'll give your instructions a whirl and I'm sure I'll get it sorted now...all the best!

I just re-downloaded the ISO file and I can open it just fine. Note that it is a RAW iso (2352 bytes per sector) so depending on your software you might have to rename it to .bin and maybe even write a .cue file for it.
Total Commander on Windows with the ISO plugin as well as IsoBuster can open the file just fine and access all files.
Maybe you need a software that can handle RAW iso files...
